4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Shipping is available Pan India and is handled by trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery may take 4–7 working days depending on your location.

  • We are not liable for courier delays, strikes, or force majeure events after the product has been handed to the delivery partner.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We only offer exchanges in case of damaged or defective products.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to raise such claims, and must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns for personal dislike or change of mind.
